If your device is blocked, it’s likely been reported as lost or stolen, and unfortunately, we cannot purchase blocked devices. If you are the rightful owner of a blocked device, we recommend contacting your service provider to have it unblocked before attempting to sell it. Once unblocked, we’ll be happy to assess your device for a quote.

We accept network-locked devices and will still offer the full value for your phone. Whether your device is locked to a specific network or carrier, it doesn’t affect the price we offer. Just send it to us, and we’ll assess its condition and functionality to provide you with a fair quote.
