Yes, as long as the device is functional in other ways. Once we receive it, we attempt to charge devices using chargers and wireless chargers.
How do I delete my data from my handset/device?
You must clean and carefully remove your data from the device before sending it to us. You can use some online tools to remove it.
What must I include with my device?
You just need to send your iPhone or Samsung itself.
How can I tell the condition of my phone?
Below every product we have given specific criteria where you can add the current condition of your mobile whether Excellent, Good, or Faulty and can get an instant quote too.
What if my device is not on your list?
If your device isn’t listed, don’t worry! Please contact us to request its addition or get a quote (if we can offer one).
Does my device color affect the price?
No, we offer the same price regardless of the device’s color.
Do I get a higher price for a new device?
Our “Excellent” pricing applies to new devices as well, so you’ll get the same price for a new or well-maintained device.
What if my device is blocked or stolen?
If your device is blocked, it’s likely been reported as lost or stolen, and we do not purchase blocked devices. If you’re the rightful owner of a blocked device, we recommend contacting your service provider to have the device unblocked.
What if my device is network-locked?
We accept network-locked devices and will still pay the full value.
